Claims, Credits, Returns:
Once an item is shipped, the order may not be canceled.
When a particular item is out of stock, we will substitute with something of equal or greater value at no additional charge to you. If we cannot fill the order, we will contact you immediately. 
Satisfaction is guaranteed:
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products and service. Whether you're ordering one gift or
hundreds, we offer the same exceptional service. If you or the recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of the gift or if it was damaged during delivery, we will replace it. A credit or partial refund is sometimes offered. If there is a full refund of hard goods demanded, we will expect the product returned. We may, at our discretion ask for the item to be returned when a full refund is demanded. Claims for credits and refunds due to incorrect addresses are not honored.

Shipping:
We can ship to all 50 states. Please do not use PO Boxes. All orders shipped are done via UPS and shipping charges are figured at time of checkout. 
UPS will not guarantee 2'nd day air shipments between Dec. 12-25.
Please note*chocolate cannot be shipped during summer months due to the heat.
Local delivery is available in the greater Flemington area and provided for by our own Flemington Floral Company vehicles and delivery personnel.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be delivered/shipped the following business day or as requested.
(UPS shipments are shipped Mon-Fri)
Customers will incur additional charges for address corrections.
